These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and, where relevant, to exterior cleaning services supplied by AllKleen Ltd. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable.
This website is provided for general information about AllKleen Ltd and the services we offer. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or free from error at all times.
All quotations are provided subject to inspection, access requirements, site conditions and any additional work identified after the initial enquiry. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are estimates only and may be revised where the scope of work materially changes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Where access is restricted, unsafe or not as described, we reserve the right to reschedule the booking or revise the quotation accordingly.
We will use reasonable care and skill in carrying out all work. Cleaning methods are selected according to the surface, condition and access available. Some staining, surface wear or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable by cleaning alone, and no guarantee is given that every mark or defect can be eliminated.
Exterior cleaning is affected by weather and safety conditions. We may need to postpone or rearrange bookings where adverse weather, site hazards or other circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest and reasonable recovery costs on overdue sums where permitted by law.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please give as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee where work has been specifically allocated, significant preparation has taken place or cancellation happens at short notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the services supplied or the amount covered by applicable insurance, whichever is appropriate in the circumstances. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, text, graphics and branding on this website belong to AllKleen Ltd or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission.
